2nd SA if a player reach a Top 1

Top Players are unique right? if we check out those who won Golden Boots, they seem to be all super special players, so? why don't "have the option to create unique players" in this sense? allowing them to have a 2nd SA?

SO rare is to see a Dribbler picking well the FK's? (or having more chances at least) ... or look Roberto Carlos, Chilavert... and a long etc of players known for their abilities in different fields.

nice idea.but maybe it should be available after the age of 28-30.give the older players some meaning and more realistic game.
