Reduce the "It's wasn't to be" option

Ok, we the football fans know about it but TE first of all it's a managerial/coaching/tactical game and this factor should be reduced.
Not eliminate but must be in less games.
Specially in those competitions like IC or the tournaments.

In league games it's ok but observing this from statistics of my (many) accounts, the chance of happening in a tournament of 7-8-9 games is very big.

I got the exact same quote in my ic sf loss. Other sf won by lowest % team. I won my qf as lower % team. I know the %s are close but seemed an advantage to be lower % team
