Except we get players frim academy below these %,,fr example today i got 18yr olds at 28% and 68% respectuveky, so how does this help?

Lol. It's not a battle. I've begrudgingly used manipulate draw a little purely to get away from tankers. We could really do with a redesign of the league system from scratch. I don't want this to turn into a 2 camp argument. I just want some good constructive debate and suggestions to improve our beloved game.
