Yes, and results shouldn't be random, it should purely depend on how well they trained+ tactics,skills, condition etc

Yea good point ... cheaters might abuse it... what a restriction to allow friendlies only between friends on same server and between managers in same level ?

Interesting idea And @Altiplano makes a pretty valid point, such features could turn out to be gold mines for some users (and not in the good way), but with the right restrictions ( good job, @USARABAT ) it might turn out to be an interesting feature.
