It would be good if you could loan players and then after be able to make an offer so then you could experiment a bit more and give young players a better chance

Exploration would be looking through past posts in the forum to see if your idea had been mentioned before.
Exploitation was loaning players from one of your teams to another one of your teams in order to push up players abilities without using resources from your main team.
To avoid confusion here, when I use the word "your" I'm not referring to you personally.
