Useless late retirement ?

Press conference today for a late retirement of one player.
But what to do with him ?
Instead of choosing a 5* or 7* player i had, it chose my 3*




The game should choose the highest q player of the team for that

They should allow us to extend the contracts for tokens.... we pay 14T for academies nope? why not 14T to extend contracts year per year till 40's?....

I think that choses players that had good stats with your team... despite the avq... let's say that as many aspects of the game, could be improved lol

Also signing 16 or 17 yo for league matches only until he is 18 and can sign a real contract and play CL and cup.

I think the best is that every player who is ready for retirement, to have a button available for one extra year.
So to choose whom we want from the beginning of the season.
