Follow sold players!

Hi guys,

I really would love to be able to follow my old players, just to see how they get on at their new clubs and if they win trophies! I think it'd be cool to have a button so that we can follow their journey. With players that have been at my club for a long time, or have come through the acadamy, I want to know what they're doing!

I guess you know that you can follow only players you sell trough negotiations;as you play this game since 2013.
