Nego's - Expand the feature and how to avoid upselling

-Add temporal loanings from Nego's in exchange of tokens, like a 1/2 season contract, from day 14 till day 28.
-Add the margin of 6* players too in exchange of more tokens to have a bigger list of scouts and variety and a wide margin betweens the levels for the selling.

-Exclude from the nego's list those players with a single skill from 160% or +.

Thanks @khris A little modifications and additions to the Negotiations might actually give this feature some refreshment!
