It's still available - if during your reply you click "Go advanced", at the bottom of the page there's "Posting Permissions", and one of them is "BB code is on".

Click on ""BB code" there opens a webpage with the reference, and "<img>" does not have size parameters. I'm wondering what software Nordeus is using for their forum.
