To give a sense to the game levels these should have a reward or benefit...
Maybe each 3 levels a 18% bonus in def-att-poss-condition could be unlocked for the upcoming 3 seasons, so level 3-4-5, we can have a 18% all season and season 6 would cover again 3 more levels...

And of course levels can have a sense in many ways...^^
