There are 2 options to see a loans system working, one is without managers relation, so using a new page in the transfers icon, and having for exmple, few players with option for 1/2 season contract or a entire one.

Another option is limit the loans and sack those players who have a single skill under 160%, and with a limit of 3 loans per team.

I think that there's a fun side in the FAs with the interaction between managers, and really would be so cool if we can have more ways to stay in touch, and do deals even if it is only between the League-Cup and maybe same managers that are at same level and -1 +1.
