Building Top Level unlocked adding a retired player

Yeah, we should be able to hire our retired players to manage the academy, for ex. and, have a benefit depending of the player position and stars level.
Same with all buildings and till the retired players reach the 40's or so.

Of course this is just one more suggestion xD by my taste the National team should be converted in the academy, or, the Mou team... allowing us more options and the option to set not only "academies"... too the scout list players could be added there and be tested....
