The two most important things is to fix the engine (eliminate troll results, loosing or not winning abandoned teams, more coaching logic, using the right orders pay off)
and less bugs.
- As the game doesn't offer a solution to the teams at the top of the server, starting over from the beginning (as the old version was offering) looks ideal.
- If there isn't a will to remove the top100 list, the asso teams must have a different squad (for example the national team or a juniors team).
That removes things that destroy the game, like permanent tanking and creating mutants.
- Two things that waste my daily spending time in the game, is supporting friends (this thing back and forth in every game). I would prefer smthing auto, like the asso supporting , when you support in auto all the current games of your friends.
The other thing is training.
- I prefer the old system, earning skill points after a massive training and then arrange them in player's skills.
yeah... auto support... + auto training and recovery sessions that could be programmed by default in the schedule can be 3 interesting improvements that can make our life easy.... maybe the support could have a easy option... like a "sit" option from 1 hour before or have some type of coins that could be used to support even with a 24hours margin....
Fix game engine and get rid of the 24 hoiur policy vids (just daily amount of vids free to collect after daily server restart like the old versions)
I always wonder if there's a situation where you're stuck with your first team players for 24hrs. So if you decide to put all your reserve players in the first team for easier draws, just know you're stuck with it for 24hrs.. And you've got to play your league and Cup games with the ****ty team you've chosen to deceive the system with.
#4 + fix mutants, make the cup and CL draw fair so as to promote fair competition, remove association top 100 because it is the root cause of every problem. If there's no 100 tokens reward nor a top 100 list then many teams will leave manipulation of most kinds.

They should make trainings passive... Active trainings should exist only for those who want to change players' build (for example, you want to turn your DC into DR... DC is strong, but slow and DR should be fast)... After 5 years of playing, I'm really tired of training 3 times a day (9 times, 'cause I play with 3 teams, and it would be 15 times for weekends, if I would play FA)... I'm especially annoyed, 'cause they don't want to let us do bonus trainings at the evening, for the next day, so I have to do it in the morning, like I don't have anything else to do at that time... Old version training, after they turned timers off, was the best thing they ever did in this game... Click, click, click, done, I'm on my way to do something else... None of us play Top 11 'cause of trainings, but 'cause of games and competing...
Achievements + Referrals redesign... Converting them in Targets + Tokens to win.

apart from game engine and troll results getting fixed, and top100 from associations being closed, i think they should make the game more based on the manager. something like:
- being able to chose what player (position) do you need your scout to search for, and the next day the recommendations to be on that position
- old training system was better - train your player, get skill points, and then chose where you want to boost your player
- maybe 2 transfer markets: one just like it is right now with nordeus bots, and one for selling your players and buy players from another managers, just like before (only from your server)
- receive some kind of prizes when you win the championship (for ex: 1st place: 30t, 2nd place: 20t, 3rd place: 10t), cup, and ch league (tokens, greens, blue packs...) because money are useless. and for ex at my level a player is 128M and the prize for winning ch league is 108M... can't buy 1 player
- i'm not saying 3D animations, but at least a replay of the match in case i couldn't be able to attend the match... actually see how my team performed because statistics many times don't show what actually happened in field.
- i have 3K red packs which i'll never use. being able to convert them to greens or blues will be a nice feature. not 1:1, let's say 2 reds = 1 green.
- better players from youth academy... i'm ok paying 20-30t on a player who's 5* and even has an SA. best now is 14t and 80%. 90-99% for 30-35t i think is ok (but he must be fast trainer)
- being able to cancel an offer for a player on negotiations list, not wait 24hrs to get your tokens back. and no more 0t offers please :)) minimum 1t
- when you reach top of your server and you play against same teams all the time and the fun is pretty much over, it will be nice to be able to start with another team, but with some advantages than new users. like more tokens, more money, not losing the inventory, shirts, emblems...
if i got other ideas i'll continue the list :)
I really think Market improvements should be higher, based on all the complaints I see about Negotiations. At least, I would have expected that.
Most of your ideas are what we've be asking nordeous for years.. At a point in time I annoyingly uninstalled the game only to come back about a year later and meet the exact same thing.. The only changes was national team..
They're not listening to us. Its pointless giving ideas nobody cares about. When I uninstalled the game I basically got tired of the league.. We need more than cash rewards for winning championships.
I see they are doing some stat cosmetics for T11 2019, as far as cosmetics are concerned I wouldn't mind seeing Head to head stats against other managers. After they fix obvious game engine and mutants.
Definitely need to fix the game engine algorithms because I'm sick of seeing and experiencing troll results that defy logic.
Secondly, tanking is the scourge of T11. Get rid of the Top100 for a start and promote everyone every season with a 20% loss. Why should failure be rewarded even if self induced?
Missed the close training for tankers -only in players that reach the 7*-
and Merge servers, which is needed....
ohh... and no Players with a single skill 160+ available for Nego's so we could cut the more extreme upselling.....

#It's still possible to create mutants with up-selling, even without GK training. They just penalized ordinary players. "Cheaters" with X accs still do it and get up to 100T per season extra.
#Game engine. Abounded teams winning vs 1st or 2nd. I mean, one time in season to have one troll is acceptable but no 5 or 6 times. #Dave can tell you story about that :(
#What would be also good is, our influence in youth academy. For example, I need one MC and let youth trainer to make/train him. At least every 3rd player should be fast trainer.
#FAs draws. If it is possible to have Top100, then is also possible to order another FAs, points based, from 101-200 etc. Make something like league. Top 100 should playing between themselves, from 101-200... And each season first 10 or 15 asso get promotion in higher league.

Dve najvažnije stvari su popraviti motor (eliminisati troll rezultate, izgubiti ili ne pobediti napuštene timove, više logike treniranja, koristiti isplatu pravih naloga)
i manje grešaka.
- Pošto igra ne nudi rešenje timovima na vrhu servera, počevši od početka (kao što je stara verzija nudila) izgleda idealno.
- Ako ne postoji volja da se ukloni top100 lista, asso timovi moraju imati drugu ekipu (npr. Reprezentaciju ili juniorski tim).

very good changes in the update !. Just a suggestion: apart from seeing the trophies of the rivals, you would have to include the achievements of the rivals (and so know the triplets ...)

I was just thinking of something. Maybe it will not be able to happen but if maybe we could get separated in regions or servers and then there are about 3-4 league tiers in each region and you battle to reach the top tier of your region. Teams at the bottom of each tier get relegated to lower tier. And the top 8 teams of the top tier get a chance to face other teams from different servers or regions in the Champions League or Super Cup.
I think, Nordeus should change, that players only loose 10% or 15% of their rating, not 20%

More 5* youth players and sometimes give as 6* players- don't mind purchasing them
Have another scouting option for players between 18 to 21 . The present 22 years and above not attractive enough unless they are fast trainers for 4 seasons.
Lower the purchase prize of daily recommended players by 50%

Hey guys, am new here but, am a Top eleven level 14 manager.
I got a couple of ideas I'd like to share with you guys and hope we can influence the TE developers to add to the game.
1st is the negotiation feature, Top Eleven has succeeded in discouraging many managers from enjoying the Negotiation transfer feature which I suppose should be free and easy to use, we managers should be the ones that should choose how much cash and tokens we which to offer another manager for a player and it shouldn't be influenced by Top eleven just as we have the freedom to bid any amount of Tokens on players. It would be better also if managers can put players for sale in the negotiation transfer feature so that we would be able to identify active players who want to sell their players though based on negotiation or auction. If you understand what I mean, is that managers can either place a player at the auction market or the negotiation market so we can negotiate with managers that are active (because non-active members cannot place their players for negotiation or auction) now managers, we do have players we do not need in our teams how about we use those players to negotiate for other players such as player swap or player-plus-cash deals inwhich players would be valued according to the managers level.
2ndly a news tab or feature whereby managers can see what other managers in their league and champions league and cup competitons are doing atleast we should know who bought a new player and how good the player is, opponents players that added a star, completed constructions of facilities, matches opponents won so on (please add more ideas) so we can know what other managers are doing and then managers should be allowed to comment on the activities of each member the way we are allowed to comment on a news tab that only us read at the end.
Please guys lets work on this: If we can all send this to TE support as feedback via our TE account we would have this ideas (and other additional ideas) implemented or added to the game in no time.
Thank you for taking your time to read and for all additional suggestions and feedback and your actions towards the realisation this ideas in TE because nothing is more engaging and real in a football managing game than interacting with other managers especially through transfers this ideas would make many real addicts of TE!!!
I already made a thread about this, but fixing the rating system. You basically need to buy a whole new team to stay relevant sometimes and it's very irritating. Like have players develop over time, especially with youth prospects. Kinda similar idea exists with Virtual Manager, which I've also played -
And translating association chats based on our language sethings.
How about more tactics such as Focusing team passing on one player and man marking systems.
Cheaper nego feature.
Full 2-D matches with 3-D highlights(TE can do it because they've done something of that sort with the Grounds feature of the game I mean that is 3-D. An example of this is the EA FIFA VS ATTACK Feature.) So as to make TE more fun and reduce the number of abandoned teams cause they'll love the feature. It shouldn't have to change the match system but just add 3-D highlights not full matches in 3-D it won't be fun like that.
GKs should have stats for no. Of cleansheets and saves.
And I hate paying tokens for those youth players who I believe should even join the team automatically when they are ready cause they might not even be useful based on their ratings to my team.

Health pack concept is u realistic and the price for the quantities offered in app purchases is absurd. Currently, a players health or more specifically Their energy increases edit interval of three hours at which point All players health increases by 6% unless you increase rate of rest in exchange of a lot the of health packs. I believe that it would be more realistic and helpful to app users if the players health increased by every 15-30 minutes by whatever that fraction of 3 hours equals. For example, in real life a footballer does not take 3 hours to recover from a matched practice session I’m which the mode of recovery is fixed. So the system should try to emulate reality. Consider the Fallowing, ina scenario where I just I shed a match and trained 2 times for a match that’s 5 hours away, my players should not have to switch 3 whole hours or whatever time that is left upon finishing my match+training to make only get 6 percent increase. Ex. My game is in 5 hours (3 pm) after finishing match+train =next match time 8pm ~my Next increase is in 1 hour and 35 minutes = increased time 4:35 pm~my players avegerage has increased from 55% to 61%>it won’t be until 7:35 pm to get to 66% avg-OUR PLyers should at least get a fraction of energy in the 25 minutes that passed. A players energy should constantly rise by a fraction not all at one specif to
Time. If I play a real game than comeback home and sit,it wouldn’t take 3 whole hours just to get back a fraction of energy, it would increase litigator by little until it reaches that level of synthesis
I’ve one suggestion. In my eyes An perfect one. Starting you’re OWN youth team where you still the manager of the club, but hiring An youth manager, specialist specially for you’re youth team with there own training schedules. So you can create you’re new stars. Just the same as the first team but then also for the youth team. Including tokens you can use for scouting youth players or buying youth players.
Fix game engine.
In my opinion, this is a BIG issue.
It's not fair seeing stronger teams getting defeated by abandonned or bots.
