New "Premium" scout list

Everybody here will agree to say that the scout list is a real sh*t I know that you probably put 24~29 year old players for people with low bank funds. Why not adding a new "premium list" with only 19~23 year old players? All you just have to do, is to give a phone call to the FC porto scouting team

Great idea, but don't forget, the best scout will be replaced, so for people who are not saving their tokens they'll lose him

I'm not a Porto fan, but their scout team is one of the best of the world. Theses guys know how to do HQ business
