World Cup of FAs -outgame comp-

Thats a suggestion for now that theres in mind, about create and manage -by players- a out Game Worldcup of National Federations of Associations-, so, doing a playoff round per country to have a single FA that would represent its country.

The winner FA would have a special emblem.
Still, those Who know me - doing forum comps- and knowimg the Game, we Will need to set some Avq rules to dont have a comp just full of 9* tankers.

I Will edit this post adding some ideas, systems to play rounds, organization etc feel free to add your viewpoint, and the Nation you would like to see represented, because we'll need to open a Federation per each country.

Each country will have 3assos representing 3 levels of Avq:
U-100 U-120 and U-140.

So will allow some flexibility. :3
