    change the strength of players from stars to percentage %

    instead of showing players with 4-5-6-7-8-9 stars on auction , scouting , etc.. the new system is better to remove the starts and show the power of player only by percentage of strength to his league for example 88% 96% 110% 125 % 138% ....
