I also adicional sugestions, the youth 18-21 players are very overrated since its the ones you can fast train, older player should have an inportant role also, negotiations help on it, has nordeus ever though about correcting negociations instead of just banning them to the last week.

There would be no board and auto choice of the ...9% players, you could send the players to the transfer list and if they were insteresting they could be bought, the price would be set on $$$$ and the player would pay a transfer token fee both to nordeus and to the seller acording to the player level leaving few space for corruption.

well, i think youth players 18-20 shouldnt lose quality in the end of season, instead it should be able to continous growing in young years, allready suggested that in one of mine threads

If they are overrated (everyone looks for youth players) that would make it even worse wouldn't you say?

Perhaps the contrary older players losing less % due to their experience and beeing able to better fit in a higher level competition would be more profitable in terms of gameplay
