Negotiation is a great way to get quality players but it's only limited to last week of season. Even if I buy some players their is restrictions on quality as well. And within 5 days their quality drop by 20% so

You made negotiation good for nothing. It's a waste right now.
But if it is applicable through out the season then it can be useful.

I think everyone supports your thought, problem is negociations have been used the wrong way and now everyone is paying for that, even tought Nordeus should real try to make it happen
