Let's imagine that we can improve a player, between some parameters, a very flexible ones, allowing that player, to be "us" developing the career in the game, be sent temporally in another club via negos¿? and winning/losing skills, depending on different factors, Like team position, and a kind of realistic stuffs affecting that player developement.
We could keep him from the academy, maybe even deleting a position to make him play in another zone, same with SA.

This would open the door to create a particular feature where some selected managers could make us play in a bigger national competition, like a world cup, with 11 players representing real players.
