New punishment for Tankers

Nowadays, some experienced skillful managers are becoming to create mutant players. I don't want to blame that (mutant creation) is legal or illegal. There are methods of creation of mutant players such as upselling, tanking, using massive green packs to train.
Upselling can now be taken in the final week of the season.
Using massive green pack to train player can only be performed if the manager is rich.
Tanking is the cheapest and easiest method to create mutant player.
Tankers cannot participate only CL match in next new season. But that's not good enough. They should be given some new punishment.
Punishments like:
1. unable to play cup match
2. unable to get special sponsor
3. unable to play friendship champion

I agree, there needs to be less incentives to tank. Some measures have already been implemented but maybe needs to go further.
