You've got some nice ideas there, but I disagree with some of them.
For example, I'm completely against the introduction of 3D. Its not the thing to do at the moment, firstly we need other fixes/improvements and feautures.

1- 3D not that important
2. Give him the flag
3. We need the pause.
4: if you don’t pause, let tankers tank. It is their team.
5: Tokens should be a little cheaper. I think you will make more money.
