It would be good to get occasional feedback from your fans to help guide managers on things like: players that are fan favorites that should be re-signed, why attendance is low (e.g. prices too high, not enough parking, sub-par concessions, etc.).

You could also give managers an opportunity to setup community programs to grow the fan base (e.g. school visits, amateur development sessions, media interviews).
