End of week 3 update

Very tough week with some of the teams in my league changing formations after the first half of the season so a bit more demanding to get results. That said we have performed well & are currently on top but only for a short while as 2 more teams have yet to play & could go above so best place to hope for at close of play today would be 3rd & only 2 points behind, so I'm pleased with that.



We are out of the cup as stated in an earlier post & we are also out of the champions league after only managing a 2-2 draw at home.

I think the main concern this season is the lack of goals so will be looking to sort that out next season bringing in a couple of new strikers.

End of season

Having topped the league after the last game we needed a losing result from the second team, but it never happened so we took 2nd place. I would have taken this half way through the season so I am pleased. nothing much to say except I will be trying a new formation which worked for me in the final few games & will be bringing in a couple of new stars to maintain continuity.

Season 7 expectations

After a poor season 6 my expectations are not very high. I plan to use the same squad as last season with the exception of George Cohen who I ave already sold. I have 2 new youths arrive tomorrow who I will be training during the season ready for season 8.

Champions league expectations - advance from the group stages.
Cup expectations - Last 8
League I will want to qualify for the Champions League again so 4th or better.
