Yes you can do. I've won trophies before without buying tokens.

Yeah its best played with mixed passing and mixed focus.

focus passing down both
pressing own half
tackling normal
passing mixed
marking zonal

without counter and offside

Yeah either normal,attacking or defensive is fine for the dandelion.
