Two good wins in the league has seen the season start well and whilst Foster failed to net in the Champions League game yesterday it was a easy victory, so bar the Cup everything is going very well so far.

He should be the best striker in the whole game.....his scoring rate percentage is out of this world.

A couple of milestones broken this week by Foster, although the exit from the Cup did come as expected.

Before the exit, Foster did manage to bag his 100th Cup goal for the club. In todays games a brace in the League has also seen Foster pass the 350 League goals mark for the club.

25 goals from 15 game this season to date. A better return than last season at this stage, but obviously the lack of Cup games will impact on his final tally for this season. 629 goals for the club now from 434 games.

A hat trick in today's League game saw Foster go past 650 goals for Halifax today. Now he stands on 651 career goals.

247 assists also to his name in the 449 games he has played so far.

47 goals for Foster this season from the 30 games played. Taking into account the early exit from the Cup this season to be on 47 goals with 9 League games and still being in the Champions League (with a 4-0 first leg lead confidence is high that we can get through to the Semi's at the very least) its a pleasing return, even more so after last season it seemed to be very hard for Foster to score.

Another milestone met by Foster today, who played in his 250th League game for Halifax. With Foster's help Halifax are also now through to the Semi Final of the Champions League too.

51 goals for the season now, with 18 assists too. 1 more assist will see Foster rack up his 250th for the club too.

With just two games to go of the season (having been knocked out in the Semi Final of the CL) the season is almost over for Foster.

He holds a yellow card to his name and will be suspended for the last game of the season if he gets booked tomorrow. If he avoids being booked he will have two games left.

Foster has now hit 61 goals for the season, with a further 20 assists. Those 20 assists have now taken Foster past the 250 assist mark for the club.

These records will probably never be beaten again by a player playing for FC Halifax Town in this game. With a few seasons still left its hoped that these records can be added to soon to make them even better.

No further goals for Foster as the season ended, not helped by the fact that in game 25 of the league season he managed to get a second yellow of the season, so missed todays game.

As such Foster ends the season on 61 goals.

A solid enough start to the season for Foster, who again was power trained to ten star on the opening day of the season. 7 goals from the first 3 league games of the season, 3 in the Champions League from 2 games and a further 3 in the Cup.

A 5-1 lead in the first leg of the cup should see Halifax through to the next round, although the opponents awaiting in the next round should easily beat Halifax as they are FOUR levels above.

It is hoped that Foster can get to 400 league goals this season. He is currently 14 off it. It would also be nice to see him get to 200 Champions League goals too. He is currently 11 off that too.

Out of the cup as expected, with the team 4 levels above just way too strong for us to compete.

Foster keeps chipping in with the goals however and has moved on to 23 for the season now. 20 appearances off 500 club games, 12 goals off 700 goals, so its hoped both of those will be passed in the next couple of weeks. 8 league goals to go to hit 400, 7 champions league goals to hit 200 - the aim is to hopefully get to both targets by the end of the season now.

Congratulations to Hayden Foster who has finally broke the 400 league goal barrier today. He now sits on 698 Halifax goals, so only 2 off the next major milestone.

Six more goals in the Champions League would see Foster hit 200 in those competition. A yellow card in the league means Foster runs the tightrope of being suspended for a game again before the end of the season.

Foster is also only 11 games away from making 500 Halifax appearances.
