Health Packs - Earning and Using Them

Erm, it's ok for you guys. I am still waiting on some sort of response on a ticket I sent 4 days ago!

I have not recieved a single Health Pack via friends since I started this damn game.

I don't see why they cannot rectify this quite promptly, get requests saying I have been sent one.

But can I actually use it? No, do I actually receive them? No!

I'm quite shocked with the lack of support given here too be fair...

I just found out this today. But is not like im saving packs. That would make it even better.
