    [Jan 12th] Technical Issues

    Dear managers,

    We experienced some issues last night which resulted in all of today's matches being simulated. The issue has been fixed and all the matches will be played regularly.

    Some of the users that were impacted might see that their player morale and condition has decreased. Please contact our support team and we will sort it out.

    Thank you for understanding.

    UPDATE: We have given all our players 15 Rests, 10 Morale Boosters and 5 Treatments as a token of our appreciation for your understanding and support. We apologize once again for any issues today's incident may have caused.

    Yes, is exactly what I told them, if they get injurd players, red cards, etc to contact support team.

    Exemple: Your Network ID is 100000251549283 .

    On that page, you can open a ticket but also you can use mail support@nordeus.eu it's same.

    You mean email to Support team and give network ID to them for fix?

    If you won't give them netwoork ID they can't know which one is your team.

    Also explain them your problem.
