Express Rest now available for all players

i'm also encounter the same issue.. i'm a newbie and initially learning to generate a team.. recently i upgraded my treatment facilities 2 times. . Then the game offered me to claim 2 'rest' from the facilities i had upgraded.. i was looking for the compensation for that 'rest' in every feature but still dont find it till now.. hope nordeus can assist us whom utilizing android as our gaming device..
