    The chances are that you will get a slightly better selection on level 3 as i found out...ive had to work them hard to get them all to an average of 4* 25 - 28 ratings...

    Plus you should only really be buying players at the start of the season unless forced to...

    my Q is , if the player's quality in transfer market will be 30+ in level 3 ?
