im in the level 2 in the game ,
last season (level 1) the players were maximum 24 (quality) in the market transfer, i didn't know that in this season i can buy players maximum 29 (quality) !!

so my Q is , in level 3 , the transfer market will have player maximum 29 ? or more ??
(my Q is , if the player's quality in transfer market will be 30+ in level 3 ?)

because if is the same market , its better to buy player now and improve them , if its will change to player 30+ (quality) , better to wait

The chances are that you will get a slightly better selection on level 3 as i found out...ive had to work them hard to get them all to an average of 4* 25 - 28 ratings...

Plus you should only really be buying players at the start of the season unless forced to...

Have you ever seen the low quality of the level 3 market???...MAX 24 25...

You want that quality at this level then you have to buy scouts...simple...

As you can see there aren't that many quality players on level 3 servers ...

As you progress through the levels, each 5* quality player increases by 5 quality points per level.

The max quality for 5* players (before reaching 6*Scout) is:

Level 1: 24
Level 2: 29
Level 3: 34
Level 4: 39
Level 5: 44
Level 6: 49,
and so on.
