Can you see other team's injuries?

Whenever I look at match reports and see a strong opposing team get an injury I always do a little cheer (schadenfreude ), especially if I'm due to play them next. Yet when I look at their squad, I never see any red crosses.
Are injuries hidden from opposing teams?
