It's that time of the season again when rigged league games occur

Every damn season this happens, and always towards the end of the season after 17 or 18. This season is nothing different.
My team leads the league easily but suddenly my team just cannot score anymore for a few league games vs **** teams.

Today I played a team with avg value 24 while mine is 50,1. Game ended 0-0 after I had 0 of 14 shots on target. I even had a penalty that my player shot OVER the bar - not hitting the goal either (he also got a red card after 25 min).
Yesterday I played a team with avg 36. 0-0 there as well with me getting 2 out of 12 shots on target.

It would be one thing if this just happened suddenly, but it's been happening around the same time for 4 seasons in a row now. Clearly this is no random occurrence. Once or twice is random, 4 seasons in a row? No way jose.
Really sad to see how Nordeus manipulates this game in order to force people to buy tokens and stuff.


PS! Before people start talking about tactics and stuff. I've already thought about that and every time this happens I've been using tactics that made me crush the same teams earlier in the season.

PS! this is NOT a vent thread about these two results. I don't care about the 0-0's since I am good enough to win the league anyway so please keep such comments to yourself as nobody wants to hear them :)

Yes, you are right i also facing this problem i lost the 14 game of the season against a poor quality team and i beat him in first game 6-0.

happens to me too. i won 15 of 15 matches in league. game 16 was against a 10Q lower team. i lost 0:1 and lost a player to injury. i still got a 10 point lead to second in league but im curious what els will happen ;)

I just dont get that if you have an obvious SERIOUS advantage in quality, like in your case, how the score can actually be 0-0. Maybe when the the moon is blue, Obama is in his 3rd term and pigs fly, but to get ZERO shots on goal? That is just bad programming.

For a conference team to play a EPL team and get 0-0, yes, it can happen. But for the EPL team to get ZERO shots out of 14 on goal, that is pretty-well-much near impossible.

Again, morons who programmed this game need a good kick up the ass for some motivation. F!@king morons.

Really irritating because for once my league has been pretty tight so these easy wins were really needed to make it easier to win the league. Instead a bot team with avg quality 36 is in the lead now because it seems to be a NOrdeus controlled team or something (hardly ever loses despite facing much much better teams)

Maybe the previous owner of the team was a ManUre fan and Howard Webb is still reffing the games?

i got the same problem this league. Won and was long tie first at the most of the first half and now i falled down to the fourth couse i cant win anymore. most games are draw or also i loose against the weakest teams. hope it will be better soon. Only the Champions League was good till now. there was it different. bad at the beginning and then they played better and better ^^ Moral is perfect at every player and i use same formation with same Players.

16 shots fired, TWO on target. My opponent on the other hand got 7 out of 12 on target. He won 1-0.

We both used the same tactics I used 5 days ago against him (he is inactive) in the CL. I won 5-1 away. Today I played at home.
It is so extremely obvious that Nordeus are rigging games like these that it just isn't fun anymore to play this game. I will take my money and invest it somewhere else

EDIT: I should also note that I changed my win bonus from nothing to maximum ahead of this game just to see if it would change anything. It didn't. But now that all the other teams have won their games lately my big lead has disappeared so I am sure the game will start letting me win again soon.

EDIT 2: I would love it if one of the game admins or whatever of Nordeus could explain this lousy phenomenon to me. But I'm sure they are more into manipulating people into paying for this game rather than help those who are already paying.

I just had exactly the same problem. Played a team earlier in the season and hammered them. Played them today and lost 1-0. I'm top and they're bottom. F££kin stinks

Still scoring, but other opponents in my league have stopped, maybe because I bought my Striker from scout-list mid-way through season.

I Have had similar problem this second season, played 19 and lost 3. all to much weaker teams 1 by bottom of the league which okay fair enough it happens and i fielded my weakest team as they had strikers in defence etc. lost to 2nd place which is fair okay and lost to another bottom league team all recently and lost my 9point gap down to 4.

Im not complaining im just sharing my experience but reading some comments of maybe nordeus maybe trying to get us to buy more players (just had 2 out of the blue injuries) seems fair to say its purposely putting me in the dump to buy more players and spend my money... although i spend and plan on spending £15 a season.

Try use your bench players more. System recognizes the number of matches played by main eleven, and even on top form/morale their performances will inevitably drop low if you keep using the same 11 over and over. Had this problem two seasons ago. Since then i rotate players and still do well. Altho there are times i should win 10-0 and turns out a 2-0 by FK or even pure luck. Still it's stupid anyways.

agree players need to be rotated
but are you asking me to play 2nd team in a CL quarter final facing a tough side !!? or may be against the 5th tomorrow in league, people are reporting losing against far weaker side , i struggled today to beat a side i beat 4-0 away at start of the season .. sure is suicidal to play 2nd team

Isn't like that for real soccer too? if two important matches overlap you have to set priority to one, aren't you a manager? :cool:

On top of that, your bench will play anyways better than your tired out eleven.

1- obviously you are level 2, the higher you go up and upgrade your grass, you will notice big drop of injuries, my players always 100% fresh never train them hard.. all that help
2- yes Rooney got injured in that quarter finals .. the QS is was he injured in Quarter final for next 7 seasons? yes it happens, but to see that happens every day in that month of April for 7 seasons, that is not a coincidence

I have not lost a single league game this season and I come up against this team which is 10 points lower than me in overall and lose to him 3:1 (I beat him earlier in the season 8:0)
still have a comfortable lead...but just found it strange... =/

This is just another reason I won't be playing this game any longer. Its f!@ked and the developers, now that they've taken our money, couldn't give a ****.

Oh I haven't had that yet this season....eeek ...oh well I am in the lap of the Nord Gods lol.

I've just had a 1-0 loss when I had the chance to move 5 points clear of my main rivals, but the NGE trolls have just caught up with us and none of our attacking players could hit the target.

i experienced a similar thing about 4 or 5 games into the season, i ve won the league every season apart from 1st season where i joined half way through, some seasons my goal difference is plus 100, nobody comes close then 4 or 5 games into the league this season my team was struggling to score, to the point i lost a game 1-0 and the game after 2-0 and a week later i'm 8 damn points off the lead lol albeit ive fought back and now am 3 points clear but still it isnt the point, a team thats knocking in over 100 goals in a season suddenly is struglling to score a total of 3 or 4 goals in 3 games lol what a joke

0-0 draw against some Indonesian team with an 8 year old manager, and 10Q lower.

Now I'm only 2 points clear.

2nd in league has invested major in scouts and I've yet to play y second fixture against him.

I already know what's going to happen.

Bah same here... Yes it is that time of the season! Sitting in second place only two points behind the top team waiting for a bad game from him (he indeed has the better team in the league so Im ok with being second) but I'm just not ok with losing against a random inactive dude with 2 / 3 stared players. Attacking all the damn match with better tactics, with > 10 % possession, better players, all with top form and top morale... For nothing? Bahhhhhhhhhhh.

Has anyone given a thought to the fact that the game might just be evening things out in your leagues? It seems that the majority of you had decent starts and points leads before this happened. Maybe those teams below you were the ones being given bad results and you got lucky with them. Now the reverse is happening and they are getting the rub of the green instead.

All that has been happening in my league is Pos 1 and 2 just being separated from the rest I'm in 2nd place and clear by 10 points, Behind position 1 with 5 points, the only challenge I get is with Position 1.

Had a game vs the 2nd best team in the league (who by now has caught up to me easily). 14 shots fired, TWO on target. I even had a counter-attack break where i cam 1-on-1 and my attacker with the 1-on-1 Special Ability shot it wide.

Amazing. I of course lost due to a very late goal from the other team. Dear Nordeus, bye bye.

S2 i am nr2 in the league, still in champoinsleague and pokal.

i use counter formations for every match, take care of my squad, they are all @ 90+ moral etc. etc. i dont use tired players.
i rotate a lot. i watch every f!@king match.
i only have 5 star players ~ 1 mio.+ worth. 20 million squad and 25 star rating, way more than any other i played against.

overall im not the guy you wanna play against in S2.

either i get a injury or a goal in the first 2 minutes every match. i had 5 injured players at once.

i loose against teams with a score of 10 (lol) me 25. i shoot on target 16 times, no goal?
my topscorers cant hit the goal anymore.
i loose against players i beat 8:0 before.

4-5-1 v style is my formation. i use it for ~70% of my matches.

Dude tell me ... if i win ~60 of 61 games clearly i mean mostly x:0 and then suddenly i loose no matter what agains the same weak teams,
even with 80:20 possesion for me ... everything is normal?

I think that the point is that the game should not make any decisions to "even things out" as you put it. Let the teams play and not worry about making the results in the standings close. Laissez-faire.
