I would say that in a week he could have it up and running with less bugs than T11.
I can sum it up in this:
Code:
'similar' !== 'this' && 'similar' != 'this entire game'
Note that since we're talking about writing the game I didn't even mention the "sounds" part and all the images and artwork that must be done as well.
I don't care who you are, how many resources you have or how knowledgeable you are - regardless of the techniques and tools in use, no single person can write all of this in 48 hours. Maybe, just maybe if you assume that the whole logic inside the match simulation engine can be summed up as a "completely random chance" (and we know it isn't) and if you forget about a feature, you'll barely miss the deadline by an hour or two. You'll still fail.
Top11 is mostly crap and Nordeus are probably more ignorant and greedy than we all think, but credit has to be given when it's due. There's a reason why this game is so successful and why there are around a 100 "similar" games on FB and with little to no success - a project like this requires a decent amount of time and dedication to start (emphasis on start, and not on support). If that wasn't the case we'd have hundreds of thousands, not just a hundred FMs to pick from.
If you're a well working team and with a good development plan, it won't take you more than a couple of months - maybe 1 to 2 weeks if you're really fast and dedicated, but in 2 days it's not possible. Period.
