    Day 14.

LEAGUE. Round 12. LONDON CITY (85.6) v JUVE FC (83.6)

    Result: LONDON 0-1 JUVE
    Goals: Bennato 65
    M.o.M: Thor-Inge Odnaessveen (Juve)

This was one defeat we could definitely have done without, against the top team. A very close match was decided mid way through the second half with a goal for the visitors, from Emanuele Bennato. We tried for an equaliser, but some good defending, especially from Odnaessveen, kept our strikers at bay. We have now slipped down to 4th position.

CITY: Miklosko, Jones, Haller, Watts, Rabus, Andersson, Santos (Yashin), Simpson, Daniels, Wilkinson, Dixon.

Tomorrow we travel to play Petr FC.

    New scout player just bought.

Jack Goff is low end scout and would take too much greens to get him to 7*. He will replace Hardy when we utilise the butterfly.

I know you've been on holiday, but I'm quite surprised you bought a player from MR.SCOUT at this stage of the season, but saying that mind if your going to challenge then you need the best players available.

    RR Cup, last 16 - 2nd leg

    Sporting le5rod (2) 0-1 Perfect Tactics (1)

    Sporting le5rod: 66.5, 4-4-2 classic | Perfect Tactics 64.5, butterfly

Sporting le5rod win on away goals.

We were up against a stronger team, we won on the day but lost on the away goal. There was not a lot to report as it was a stalemate for most of the match. Our defence was on form today, the new boy Magnill got a rating of 7 and collectively the whole defence stopped their attacks. Petersen broke the deadlock with a deflected shot but it wasn't enough to take us through.

All in all, a good performance. Our next cup opponents would have easily beaten us anyway so not a lot lost there.

    Goals: Petersen
    MOTM: Vittalone

I felt that buying from MR Scout is more of a benefit than a waste. It's not like me to do this but there was nothing decent on the TL.

Hardy and Goff are getting old and they are far away from the next star, I needed a high end 6* player so he can remain a 6* player for next season.. No one knows what the scout list will be like at the start

    League

Well this is the team which interrupted our 4 season long streak of victories, and unbeateness. Don't really know what went wrong but much likely he was present to the match, and the NGE decided it was time for a twist. We still are 6 points clear anyways so we're not really worried. Though we LOVE how our ratings were ALL amazing while losing to such a weak team.

    Royal Rumble Cup

We had lot of problems here. We were working, so we had just barely time to get in the match while having the trouble of some problems. Only after few minutes we could check the score and noticed that we were being pressured more than e thought, despite we thought our 3-1-4-2 would eat alive their 4-3-1-2. Since it was not happening, we found those 20 seconds necessary to switch immediatly Flanagan (DC) for Blaze (DMC). We didn't have any time to think more, or to work on tactics or whatever else. At about minute 35 we finally saw a real difference in our choiche as we were on par in terms of pressure and possession. We kept the 4-4-2 active, and managed to be able to watch the start of the second half were we became more aggressive and we gained pressure to the point it was US making the match instead of them. We had to close our Phone (damn chief) just when he went 4-3-3 trying the last move. We smiled as anways we wouldn't have moved anything (despite we would have liked to replace our tired wingers) knowing our 4-4-2 would kill it no probs. As matter of facts, when we were able to reconnect looking for a troll FK or CK, we found out our shoots increased a lot and that we had several chanches, one of which was realized to what most probably is a corner kick.

New Teams passes to quarter finals on 3-1 aggreagate.

So we did it again. For the second time in two seasons, we had the worst draw possible in the chart and for the second time we faced our honourable German oppositors of Kaiserslauten, again winning both the Legs with merit. Last season it was 2-1 and 2-3 away, this one was 2-1 home and 0-1 away. Here' the table of cup, with Salvatore FC that keeps going on 1 point Q raise per 3-4 days. CUrrently 61.2. Probably he didn't like last two seasons with New Team kicking them out twice, plus once against their alt team. We are waiting FC koln's second leg even being sure they'll win easily. FOR THE SECOND time, like last season, we will face the STRONGEST team in the competition and overall the 3rd strongest team on the server.

Like it wasn't enough, would we arrive to the semifinals Salvatore FC will be there most probably, most probably nearing Q 66 or around that. On the lower table, Alex's alt team (Q58) and Bar Aurora (Q57) have the easiest walk possible to the semis against weaker teams between Q45-49. SO FAIR.

after first half of the season

    League:
1st after 12 rounds (31 points, goals 28-9, we have 3 pts more than 2nd team, 4 pts more than 3rd team, 8 pts more than 4th team)
    CL:
1st in group with 6 wins (goals 15-4)
    Cup:
we qualified to 1/4 (in 1/8 two wins, at away 4-2, and at home 4-0)

we "wait" for second half of the season

Yeah your right... It's cheaper to get a player close to 7* from MR.SCOUT rather than chuck loads of greens at Goff plus the scout is 2 years younger and after all its only 1 player isn't it. Just think for example... Troll City's current MR.SCOUT list there isn't a player thats 69Q and the youngest on the list is 24 years old. So I suppose it does no harm to buy 1 scout player since you've been away.
