None said you do it since scratch. I pt my players and 7* was what i wanted to reach. If i spared greens then i further improved one or two 18 yo to 8*, but never as first objective and never since day1

for example I have a 4* 18yo Fast trainer who is 15 SKP to next star ...If I assign them to his Quality will he train slow or if I wont assign them will he be slow ?

Stockping sps is counted in the overall quality so would you pile 15sps your player would be treated as an already 5* one, hence his trainings would overall diminish in terms of gain (not much difference between q49 and 50 tho ie).

The only case in which your player would keep the same training rates is if you assign the sps to either SA or new role learning.

But when he got 3 roles and SA then again he will slow down right ?

but what if the player lose a star while entering in to new season will he gain same rates as before i.e. fast gain or slow only ?

We already win the League and Nothing much to say as its one sided game. But 2 injuries in the last day of the season is very bad . MC was out for 6 days and DR out for 4 days .
