    which harder man on man or zonal top eleven ?

    Which is the harder and the better marking style man-on-man or zonal ?

    The whole question is flawed, I saw this earlier and just didn't respond because the OP was PMing me for an answer to a question I already answered on a post he had made

    But now others are commenting, and the answers aren't helpful in case anyone else hits this thread (excuse me rds, you had a decent attempt)

    The question betrays a lack of understanding about the game. Zonal and MTM are both effective, depending on certain factors

    The main one is formation - if you go MTM and you have three defenders, but your opponent has two forwards and 3 AM then your defence will be overwhelmed

    Also, quality matters - if your worst defender is 1v1 with your opponent's best attacker, then you'll probably concede goals

    I go zonal because, frankly, I'm too lazy to change formation and tactics to counter my opponent, plus I believe in playing to your strengths rather than trying to block your opponent

    Sittng in my workplace... trying to act like im earning my keep. thanks for taking the time to answer comprehensively... you may want to also add a comment about player form, especially if set for hard tackling..ta' ... boss ahoy!
