I was a noob! I wanted a 9* striker. 1300T it cost me. 300 farming + 1031 package lol

At least I discovered PT now.. (well discovered it at end of L12... I had a thought... What if I train my players constantly with green packs will cost less than Personal Trainer?), Then the token buying returned with £180 in L13 alone and just maintained it since with £33 or £65 a season.

Think about all these guys that chuck loads into FUT and buy packs and never get Ronaldo or Messi?

I guess that just seems like a lot to wax on a game to me - of course you put the time in, here and in-game, so you are more 'invested' in it anyway

Fifa Ultimate Team, basically players buy virtual cards like pokemon on fifa and some buy MS points to get packs and try and get the best players. You've got to try and get the best team as possible to play against other people.

Ah. I play a bit of Transformers: Legends, similar in that it is a virtual card game and people wax insane (again, to me) amounts of money on collecting all the cards and finishing high up in the campaigns (to earn... More cards)

I like the almost-F2P approach, I put about £5 total into this and TFL this month so I get a bit of an advantage over some others but nothing major. Works for me, I have fun. Which I guess, hope, must be true for all those who spend a lot more
