    players roster, suggestions welcome

Hi there, at my 3rd season I would like to get more versatility from my players. At the moment I play only narrow diamond and sometimes 4-1-3N-2 or 4-4-2.
    I don't have DMR/DML and AMR/AML.
Have some players with double role, as DC/DR and DC/DL, DC/DMC as well.

I'm thinking to change my two AMC's with AMC/AMR and AMC/AML.
Then to sell my ML and MR and change with ML/DML and MR/DMR.

With this changes I think should be able to cover most of the positions in the field.
I am missing something? There's a better combination?
    Any suggestion is very welcome.

    Thanks

PS: additional question when let go an unsigned player after the 7 days, transfer money is refunded or lost?

Yes, having players with more than one position is good, but not so easy to find.
For your additional question, you will not get any money if you let the unsigned player leave after 7 days. You need to sign him then sell to get money.

That is how I do it. I aim for:

    DL/DC
    DR/DC
    MR/DMR
    ML/DML
    AMR/AMC
    AML/AMC
    DMC/DC or DMC/DML or DMC/DMR

after a few seasons, those seem to be the best combinations for covering injuries. If you go with AMR/MR or AML/ML you will be short AMC and if your AMR/MR gets injured, you will probably have to use red packs for heal him (depending on the formation you use, but your formations are more midfield based, so it may not be a problem for you).

I like players with multi roles, I found a fast trainer left foot MR that i turned into a super sub ML/MC/MR.

I always go for dual roles if possible on most players except for say around 4 players that are specialists in a particular position like DC,MC or ST of which those 3 positions your going to need, I like my wing players to be AMR/MR and AML/ML so I can push up or back if I need to and also like DC/DMC as well so I can play a V formation or a standard flat formation like 4-4-2 or 3-5-2, just a shame that the game doesn't generate players like MC/AMC or AMC/ST often or they could be useful. I also like DC/DL or DC/DR or even DL/DC/DR so I can switch between 3N,3W and a flat 4 at the back (I never play 5 at the back).

@Rob: I'm in my third season as well and am using the young players to get skill points up front and the old players in back for backup. I need more specialzations as the free kicker on one of my teams is a killer DC goal scorer. I use 352 alot and switch out the DMC with the centre MC at times using the normal position and the red arrow. I also use the MR and ML on one team with red arrows when I want them to act as AML and AMR. I will try the blue arrows on them when I want them to be DML and DMR. The arrows work for that team. You don't need to double except for the substitutes I figure. I am trying out the morale issue as well by subbing in the lower skilled subs with constant high morale with the much higher skilled players that I find crying behind the clubhouse everyday !

You're missing a DML.. not impressed.

Jk very impressive. I'm guessing you had to train some of those players into their extra positions?
