So, if I buy a level 2 4* player that's more than 1.4m he won't be a fast trainer?
Level 2
3* = 4* L1
4* = 5* L1 (1m-1.4m)
5* = 1.9M-3M

In other words I've got 20 minutes to bid on a 4* DML (which is hard to find) player that's 1.73m, is he a fast trainer? If not I don't want him because my first team is all 5 and 6*'s.
He could be fast trainer, but he don't HAVE to be...50/50 imo.
For lvl 17 i'd say:
4*: around 95-100M
5*: 103-104M+
Even though i have a 4* at 103, which train very quick (almost 8 training point for 1 condition).
Here's a graph of the earned training points (need 100 for one skill point) for one condition point:
I simply look at the condition before training, then after training, let's say the guy went from 95 to 85 and earned 40 training points, i know that for one condition point, he earns around 4 training points.
Obviously, you need to do this many many times to have accurate ratings.
(Earned training points)/((Condition before training - condition after training))
Long process, but this way i know which ones i should keep and which ones i should sell (or try to sell... the market is a pain since 2 seasons, only 5 mins left each time you go there -_-).
Is a fast trainer only determined by the price? Are there any other determining factors?
Also, is there any way to play this game competitively without paying actual cash for tokens and "in game cash"?

5* 108m just bought two of these 19 yr olds good fast trainers so far up to 28 skill points accrued and no injuries (touch wood)

With a lot of these posts, I see the fast trainer is tied to their pay/salary. If you have a player that you really like, can you renegotiate their contract and make them a fast trainer?
