What level are you on, my teams only like 5 quality better than yours but worth 159 million?

Level 4 mate, half of my team are oldish scouts from season 2, managed to keep them at scout but they'll be sold or subbed at the end of this season, need a clear out.

EDIT: my team consists of 15 players too, need more depth, but we're digressing from the topic here.
