    construction options

    Hi. My training hall is currently at level 10. It says to upgrade it further I need all other facilities at level 9. My floodlights are at level 8. And according to the menu I can not upgrade them further.

    That means I can not upgrade the training hall any further?

    once all the outside bits off stadium are built then you need to build stadium before you can improve outside the stadium more
