Maybe 3N-4-1-2 isn't as effective vs 4-4-2 than once thought.
Every day, in every way, Balkan United are getting better and better. The team is currently unbeatable and the Brazilian duo "Edilson Teles de Castro slash Regivaldo Marques Soares" are together with the Spaniard "Ignacio Baron" pouring in goals for United: 23 goals and 15 assist in just 4 games!
But the biggest topic for today was and still is the newly signed 18yr old MC Nikolay Iliyanov. The Bulgarian made his first appearance in the friendlies against AC Kursadžije and Angel Utd this morning. Two friendlies in which he showed good skills and talent as he managed to make 4 assist and later on declared as MoM. Later on in the league game against Besiktas, Iliyanov struck twice and scored 2 goals. This was Iliyanovs second "niner" for exceptional performance on the pitch. Now, this is a given number 10 and a player I can relay on for sure!
But not all are doing that great, there are of course players that don't live upto my expectations and requirements: Angelo Mora (18yr old MC), Carlos Manga (18yr old MC), Vlad Punga (18yr old ST), Francis Gwynne (18yr old MR/AMR), Atanas Lukanov (21yr old DC/DL) and Vitor Bem Haja (25yr old MC) are all players that have been performing awfully and getting bad rates (5-6). Also players like Mora, Manga, Punga and Gwynne have shown to be pretty slow trainers, despite their high market value. These are just a couple of reasons why they can't be trusted or be given a spot in the team. Currently all six players are transfer listed and are expected to leave the club by midnight. Hopefully I will find two good replacements by tomorrow morning, a DR/DC, DL/DC or MC would do fine!

I dont get why sell a player with overall 6-7 and a 5. If you expect your team just to toss 8-9's in all matches than you still dont gt how the engine works. Would you have already bought a substitute i'd understand, but you're still waiting for it while same time you lost a triple roler, 23yo, sa player who ven plays great in the cl. If you dont use those roles that s ok or else you ll suffer without him.Quote:

I know it seems odd, but he really wasn't playing as well as others, so I can easily cover his positions until I get the new guy up to speed. I expect mostly 7's out of my players (6, 8 or 9 on occasion, you can see my team stats on my page. For his age he sticks out like a sore thumb.) I have been considering selling him for a long time, anyway. I like getting my team set for next season early because i dont spend more than a couple tokens average on a player, so I won't participate in the feeding frenzy at the new season start.

I think your right to sell the player... What is he low-end 4*? be about 150 greens just to get him back towards a low-end scout, and a near 7* player similar to the one you've sold could appear on the scout list next season. I know you like to train young players but the scout list sometimes offers good solutions.Quote:

We needed this win so badly against Invictus FC's alternate cheating account. Funnily enough they didn't get their power support and wasn't present to see me destroy them. We used 4-3N-3 for the first time and it seemed to work early on when Nascimento's pass found Silly who knocked the ball past the goalkeeper. We had a chance to make it 2-0 but Petersen Jr's shot went wide from a good position. There were more chances for us but their defence was on hand to keep us out. We did the same to them and it was a stalemate until half time. We played a lot better in the 2nd half and we threatened from a free kick which tested the keeper. But Uruk Town's resistance finally broke and Kristiansen was shown a straight red card for a late challenge. With 10 men, they didn't have a chance and we took full advantage of the extra man. Petersen Jr broke free of the defence and finished for 2-0 and a few minutes later Warmwater made it 3-0 from a similar move. Nascimento made it 4-0 late on to give is a resounding and much needed win.

We are now 9 points clear for the time being but Invictus FC play later and it could be reduced to 6 points. However, the win means we don't have to worry about losing to Invcitus FC later on and losing the league on GD.

Well we were thinking of what formation to choose vs our opponents today after we escaped with a narrow 1-0 win from the first game as we fighted the power support wave our opponent possessed, but they all are his sub accounts, but this time we changed tactics had some help from our "friends" and like our game yesterday, it was balanced and GZIRA were with their chances early on, but soon they couldn't handle our powerful and inform strike force of Pietropaolo and Papaleo. We soon broke the deadlock when Papaleo beat the least defender and squared it off for Pietropaolo who couldn't miss, However GZIRA still were battling on and trying to create opportunites Hardy was solid and soon the alarm bells were ring as GZIRA got a infamous "double corner" but Knight punched the ball away to safety, Petrov and Elias both had a shot blocked from Hardy and we held onto the lead at HT...
The second half began more positively and Pietropaolo was looking for a early way through in the second half, but it was Papaleo that soon put the striker through once again and Pietopaolo finished it off and it was 2-0 and a goal we needed to finish off the challenge of a tough team, July Fourth continued to apply pressure and look for the 3rd and Pietropaolo's pass found Calavicci knocked it past the keeper, July Fourth were now the better team and everything was king their way, Beckett had an attempt on goal as did Petersen but GZIRA's defence was able to withstand anymore threat and Hardy stopped any threat that Goldsmith and Brown had late on for any GZIRA consolation.
