    That s exactly why i alwais take middle 4* when i train sa + roles. Taking 5* on avg or low end gives you spare greens, but training them into any else than raw Q is a waste of tokens. With about 20 friendlies, and 45 greens, i took him a SA + 30/50 of his first extra role. Each friendly the gain is 90-100 with minimum loss of fitness.
