let you players stay on the position where they must play.

well maybe you might be attacking instead of normal. It depends on how you want to play, aggressive or just normal. But everyone with arrows is just not the best way to go about playing.

the quality of your team and your opponent is equal, a draw, lost or win is alway possible.
i think only arrow give you some problem . 442 is over powered this season, it's strange that you don't get befinit from this effect
watch you match, if you see possesion about 55% then play attacking, less than 45% go defensive.
