How big is the penalty for putting player on position which he's not used to play? Does it hurt ball poss or affects everything from passes to shots?

try it once you'll see. permuting 5-6 player and you'll see it clearly

I agree, I have not noticed any loss in possession at all and I have been playing with 2 players out of position. Love to see some actual hard stats from someone who has actually tested this.

It's not 5%.

Maybe it doesnt affect on possession. Maybe the player who plays in wrong place have penalty on his stats.

I'm not so sure, it may be true for most players, or some sort of average, but some it works well for. I would like to test this systematically

of course, so would everybody, but I would agree with the other person who says its probably a personal penalty for the player and not the team, which would make more sense. so tongly45, go back to the drawing board on that one.
