    I guess because his rating increases by number, not stars...

    He is a fast trainer, that's why his rating grow very easily...

    I have an AMC/AMR 26 years old, he usually got two skills points by achieving around 220% skill progress after most of the matches I played him while my youngest 19 year-old can only get around 150% skill progress after each match. So my old man's value increases after each season.
