Well, where to begin. This was a very good game and it was open throughout the match. But we begin early on and after some early pressing, Petersen Jr was through on goal and unselfishly passed for the onrushing Shlimazl to give us the lead. Minutes later, Hashev was through on goal but could only get a corner out of it which came to nothing. We knew that our opponents would come back and press for an equaliser but we also needed a 2nd goal. Joey was excellent in defence for us and was our MOTM, keeping their 7* striker Hashev at bay. We had shots blocked and we just couldn't break down our opponents 4-1-4-1. We didn't want to risk conceding so we stayed with 4-1-4-1 but that didn't work, we changed to 4-5-1 flat with Milosavljevic playing OOP. He got a great chance to make it 2-0 but his shot went wide. Our opponents then used a 4-5-1v so we used the 4-3N-2W-1 and that did offer some sort of advantage. Real Sizir kept trying to break our defence but our back 4 was having none of it. Then they knew something was wrong so they switched to a 4-4-2 and thus we reverted back to our 4-1-4-1. That's when the decisive goal came, out of nothing Nascimento shot from long range to make it 2-0 and the CL trophy remains in our cabinet.

Plenty of possession and pressure and we had more shots on target and totally overwhelmed our opponents, on 5 minutes Di Gennaro runs at the defender and leaves him for dead and makes a timely pass to Sanchez who finishes well, we continue to make chances and miss them and head into the break on top, 6 minutes into the half Bosch shoots from long distance and beats the keeper, again we make lots more chances but cannot add to the scoreline.
Goals: Sanchez (5), Bosch (51) MOTM: Cardoso
Team Talk: Potential banana skin which we thankfully avoided and now it comes down to a three way shootout tomorrow with us needing to win a very hard match and hoping for results to go our way, also I did not counter and it worked out fine.
Qualified the c/l so objective achieved and we go into tomorrow's match 2 points behind the leaders who play bottom side so long shot!

July Fourth had no real problems in the game to brush aside a Milk team who gave a good account of themselves in the 1st half, It was Milk FC that got the first real opportunity in but Ramirez was able to win the challenge and Miku shortly afterwards finally used all that ability to beat a defender and get a run through on goal to put us into the lead on 6 minutes, Milk played well in the remainder of the first half, Ozturk was feeding the wingers quite well, But Hogan and Calavicci were upto the job of not letting them go further and this ensured that we would hold a 1-0 advantage going into the break, Miku-Zidane did have a long range effort saved before HT.
We immediately pushed Watson and Petersen to support the attack and this changed everything, We were getting more chances and sooner than later a second goal to seal the deal was coming, Papaleo suddenly broke clear and sent it into the top corner to make it 2-0, It was soon 3-0 when Watson's through ball found Miku who had an easy tap-in and we knew we were winners of the CL once again, we capped off the win when Kusama's long range shot found the back of the net, Papaleo and Miku-Zidane both had chances to add our 5th, before Milk had a late chance of a consolation from a corner headed away by Calavicci and we were soon celebrating yet another Champions League title after a wonderful performance from July Fourth.

Team Talk: This is what we were expected to do tonight against Milk and we delivered, But Milk deserves some good respect after they earned this place in the final after beating a very good vigo teis futbol side in the Semi-Finals. Next season we can aim to try and equal our club record of 5 straight CL titles.

Our final away match and our 13th away league victory, giving us a 100% record at all our visitors grounds. Homer Simpson, headed our opener from a Wayne Dixon cross, after 16 minutes. Dimitri Dillens added a second, converting a through pass from Jack Daniels, on 35'. Celzi pulled a goal back, just before the break, but there was still time for Greg Fucillo to restore our two goal lead, in added on time. Six minutes into the second half, Dixon was fed by Fucillo, and calmly slotted past the 'keeper, to end the scoring. Dillens picked up a yellow card near the end and Fabio Haller was given man of the match.
Going into tomorrow's final match, (at home to 10th place, Banchory), we sit proudly top of the pile, 13 points clear of 2nd.
TEAM TALK. We were annoyed to find that a friendly had been arranged 15 minutes before our league match today, and we were too late to cancel it. Still, I watched the game, and made changes when necessary, and we came out unscathed, with a 4-0 win. The condition of my players was hardly affected, so no packs had to be used on my first choice players. I returned the favour though, just now, and played a return friendly against the same team at my ground, and promptly beat them 10-0. Justice was done.

i saw this formation with my friend in league, similar to 4-5-1 V-Style but AML swap to ML and MC swap to AMC, but now team changed formation
my 4 main formations:
4-4-2 Classic/Hex
4-1-4-1 , 4-5-1 Flat/V-Style
3-1-4-2 , 3-5-2 V-Style
4-1-2-1-2 ND but bad works for us, we search other formation (the best with attack both flanks)
Hmmm... Interesting, I've seen this a few times along with its brother (AML/MC, AMC/MR) and I must say it gives players a headache on choosing a formation to play against it. I guess it can be a good formation to play with the right players.Quote:

League Level 1. Rd 25.
Four Eighteen FC played a match against RM Castilla. In our initial meeting we defeated them 1-0. We expected a similar result. Instead the trolololo engine hit us with 4 yellow cards (we had 14 YCs for the season up till that point) and match ended 5-5. This puts us at 56 points with a GD of +52.
The second place team, Le Cardinal FC, had an important match as well, but their opponent forfeited the match. As a result, they are at 53 points. Their GD is +25. This means Four Eighteen FC should finish the season as #1 unless the game engine decides to royally troll us in the final match.
Teams in places 3-6 are not decided yet and thus tomorrow's matches will be most entertaining. Side note, the team in last place is played by an active manager. While his record is 1-1-23, his team could of won most of their games in our opinion. We assume this is a farm team for a more advanced team.

A very intense battle between me and Rudeboys. The gap is 3 points with my rival Rudeboys having better GD. At least a draw is needed for us to seals the title, we are playing an abandoned illegal formation team...
Lost the CL match with 4-0 ... Match was in the night at 3:24am and I forgot to change the formation and forgot to stay awake for the match and opponent won easily without any problem ...

Moreau has been sold for 44m, sad to see him go after scoring 74 goals in last 3 seasons but at 26 and has not scored this season I had noticed a decline so the time was right.
