Yeh but the more you play the game you realise that regardless of how good your team, formation or tactics you are still liable to get ****ed over! Levels 1 though 4 you can basically win by just turning up

So what is different from level 5 onwards? Is that when the pyramid starts to take shape in the managerial hierarchy and you wave bye bye to the foot soldiers and more especially to Bot Robot? ( does bot robot) exist in the future, for us rookies)
Is that when you actually play against other managerial football individuals?

You'll need to wait around a year before it becomes more tough and competitive, but no doubt there is a chance you will come across some active managers until then. This can depend on different servers as well.

The best rush is playing against stronger opponents, expecting to get a workout, but ending up with a thrilling match. Oh such tension.. Something like everton and chelsea.

My opponent in the CL quarters, was ave quality of +24.6. Average age is 26.6 of which 6 are under 24yrs, so he has many experienced and old players. He has 1 GK and 2 stks only, which he plays every game. His squad is 17 players only.He is top of his log, with 1 loss in 19 league games. Me, I'm shaking in my boots. My ave squad age is 22.5 and ave quality is 19.3

First leg,at home was 2 -1 win. I was so excited I almost wet myself. Tonight, I was expecting a thrashing, as he went out shopping for mc and dc' s .
    Final score was 4 - 4.
What a thrill. Pick a finger MoFo.
The best part of this game is not winning but in competing against managers that have balanced squad of 22 players, a slightly higher rating above yours and who know how to use proper formations and tactics for the players that they have.

I expect to lose the semis but I had a great run this season and in great position to qualify for next CL.
If only I could save my tokens for the nursery.
The previous posts are bang on: everyone feels good about this game for the first few seasons and this is exactly what Nordeus wants. They want to sucker you into the game with win-win-win and do EVERYTHING possible to get you to buy tokens. I am not making this up. This becomes obvious only after playing for half a year as you get **** on with LOL results, too many injuries and ****ty auction lists.

Honestly, this game was like crack for me in the first 2 seasons, and I bought tokens to improve my team and won quite a few trophies and made a few more accounts to play even more teams, but I quickly realized that it is not worth putting money into something that is built to suck as much money out of your bank account as possible with what is the equivalent of stealing. Yes, I said it: stealing.

IF you can consider a casino stealing your money, then this is what T11 is. But they use the guise of a football manager game to do so.

Take Blackjack at the casino for example" I can make decisions to hit me or hold based on the hand I am dealt. I have the equivalent decision with my team in T11. At blackjack, I play against the house/dealer and am supposedly given a fair chance at winning. At T11, the game engine is not fair at all, or for me to be more correct: it is more liable to give an unfair result when you have a winning hand, so to speak. After writing this I think comparing T11 to blackjack is not appropo, as T11 is more like a SLOT MACHINE at times, where the result is purely random. Troll/LOL teams can come in, put in a coin and pull the slot machine handle and totally OWN a scout team for a jackpot win.

I dont expect all higher quality teams to win all of the time, but I do expect logic to dictate results. The odd upset should happen, but when you counter a team with formation and tactics, this should only happen rarely instead of frequently.

Hmmm, seems I was inspired to "rant" . Sorry if I look like I want to burst this bubble of yours...nope, not sorry at all. This is a warning to you to give you an idea of what you can expect from this game as you progress.

I have two level 8 accounts, and a few more lower level ones, so I have a good idea what to expect from this game and how it works. Do I know everything about this game? NO, and nobody does because Nordeus doesnt even provide information on their game except for basic informtion to get started. The "ask the devs" thing they do occasionally is a joke because they dont really answer **** we want to know. But I digress...

Enjoy it while it lasts DiZZee, I hope you enjoy the game but dont spend ANY tokens to do so. Cheers!

I was using level one through four more as an example tbh. Like july says it depends on servers but the more you play the more active the managers and the harder it gets, there are probably level 1 leagues that have alot of active managers, just your luck i suppose.

The thrill of the new season has not diminished yet. For some reason, that's the day I keep thinking about T11 (it starts at 11PM my time) all day long. New scout list, new cup draw, champions league draw.. then of course 3rd day, refreshed scout list, league opponents.. and then after day 3 it becomes a bit of a letdown at this point..
