i have sold a striker and cant buy any players in, could anyone tell me how to get tokens, i love this game but very close to leaving due to being unable to buy any players due to lack of tokens

First of all, first you buy, then you sell, you Never know whend you can get good players on the market.

For free, you only receive 35 every season, 1 per day and 2 every 4 days. Do not waist them.
Other option is to buy some.
