What is the best counters and orders for the 4-1-4-1 and 4-1-2-1-2ND nowadays?
I keep getting draws or even losses and in my Scout Buyers League, I kind of need all the points I can get?

They had slight possession and had all the pressure but we edged shots on target and we were always hanging on, we managed to take the lead on 15 minutes when Bosch broke free and passed to Sanchez to score but just before half time they scored direct from a free kick so into the second half so I went hard attacking as we needed to win to keep pressure on and 10 minutes into half Bosch hit one from 20 meters which flew in then we came under so much pressure but our defense did fantastic to hold out.

Team Talk: OK performance but we were under some real pressure and defended well, we were also power supported against. Thanks to FCB for help with formation.

League Round 14 - It Will Be Alright On The Knight

This was a funny old game and we have to be thankful that Knight was in fine form here otherwise it could of been 4-4, After a couple of Papaleo attacks cut out, Petersen launched a perfect cross in for Watson to put us into the lead, however we got a bit careless for a while, we kept on giving away free-kicks and even once Miku gave away a penalty for zzzfffrrr, Calderon's spot kick was superbly saved by Knight and we remained in front, There was couple of more attacks form El Baily and Mora but we defended those well and soon after a good play by Miku getting a shot on goal saved we won a corner, Petersen knocked it in and Kusama made it 2-0 with his head, In the second half Beckett scored from a direct free-kick before Kraus gave away a indirect free-kick, Beckett crossed in and Petersen headed in for 4-0, zzzfffrrr still looked good in attacking at this stage searching for a consolation and Kusama was sent off and Knight pulled off a save when zzzfffrrr had the double corner.

Team Talk: Happy with the win and a decent enough performance to be said but Kusama didn't need to collect a silly red card that sees him out of the game against les guerriers tomorrow afternoon.

we got early break through by Pavan from a Excellent pass from Master at 9'. After this goal opponent's players attacked too much and got result at 29' from a long range shot and equalized with 1-1. We got a free kick at 45' and A Pavan wasted it.

After start of 2nd half game was dull till 84' when the opponent's player got a corner and scored a goal from it and there was no chance for us to hit back and we lost the match with 1-2.
